Challenge: Overcome low awareness, low-tech perception, not a good value.

Unique attributes: Graduates have an advantage in scholastics and life

Creative strategy: By using the students as the focus, create a branding campaign consisting of print ads, posters and direct mail repositioning the schools as high tech with high acheivers. The brand promise being if you want to get ahead in life, "It all starts here."
